Yes there are some similarities when they sing in sunset strippers "Waiting for a star to fall", but it isnt a total rip of and you would have lost if you sued them :). Everything is about details in rip ofs and this has not got that many similar details if you compare to sunset strippers AND I also mean the part with "Waiting for a star to fall". And as a matter of fact this song is better.
