yeah it's hardcore but they're people who are worse off, even with a lesser sickness only because their insurance denies them. The "Socialist" insurance called Medicaid or Medicare obviously works... I don't understand why people demonize it or can't even defend it when deemed necessary. I'm in the middle of making more on the history of Insurances in America.
