@HawaiinpuncheXtreme Actually the guy that was applying the armbar i dont know if it was his fault for that broken arm, the guy that was trying to pull or pickup the guy and slam him out of the armbar(trying to be like rampage jackson) hurt himself trying to escape like that, i mean u can escape an armbar by slamming him but your more likely to hurt yourself doing that, its better and safer to just stack him atleast.

An armbar is a grapple technique to make the other guy tap out, it's a submission hold.

one of the worst things you can do to combat an armbar is to upright yourself and try to pull up and out of it. you should collapse down and push into it... but on another note, does the other guy know any other submissions besides the armbar?

Nice armbar defense. Because when they say keep your opponent compressed, they really mean pick him up and give him even more leverage to break your arm. It's funny how many people go into mms fights without even learning some of the most basic material.
