Don't post what you don't know Rare used to publish Nintendo games, but both of them have the copyrights so none of them can publish their old titles with out the other consent. Think MS is going to let Nintendo publish a new killer? And Killer would look better on 360 anyway.

@Jacolini802251 : Tim and Chris Stamper, Mark Betteridge, Chris Tilson, Chris Seavor, Ken Lobb, Kevin Bayliss and basically everyone involved Killer Instinct either no longer work for Rare or have been demoted. At this point any attempt by Rare to make a Killer Instinct game would be a total bastardization of the franchise. The only way I would want to see a new KI game is if the franchise was sold back to Nintendo, or to a hungry up and coming developer looking to make a splash.
