well since they gave everyone on low player servers a chance to transfer their characters to any server they wanted to it has been good, most of the openrvr players joined eltharion so there is alot more people now.and from what have seen both order and destruction is equally good. so the servers is rather ballanced
I have a Black Guard in Eltharion but he is only Rank 8 =p I also was disappointed when i read that the 1st City Siege happened there by the forces of order...
