If you watch the full video, it is obviously the driver of the cars fault. He crosses the yellow line completely into the lane the bus was in. and I wonder if it wasn't suicide, because there was no other car that he was passing and he zips over just after a black truck that is on the same side as the bus passes out of camera range

Once again Fox News reports it wrong. There WERE students in the bus, about 8 or 9 of them. They released the video from inside the school bus, showing the impact and how it caused many of the students to jump up in the bus. No one in the bus was seriously injured, but there were students in the bus.

PLEASE!!!! If you watched the video at all you can see the bus driver move to the right side of the road away from the oncoming traffic side only to be hit head on by the sedan. Looks more like a suicide than an "accident" to me.
