The Imperial Guard, The Hammer of the Emperor, and the True Heroes of the Imperium

I dont know WH40K too well and just getting into it, but can you make or be Imperial Guards from Earth?

@TheFewzz Earth is Called Holy Terra in 40k And I suppose you could make A Guard Regiment from Terra, but they will have adopt the tactics of other Guard Regiments, because GW didn't actually make any Guard Regiments from Terra.

@GovernorDerek Well... To be fair the Imperial Guard is such a vast term for the many regiments that it is impossible to give them a "Tactic". You can see the massive variance from the well drilled Cadians and Mordians to the jungle focused catachans to the siege minded Death Korps of Krieg all the way down to the brutal and savage Salvar Chem Dogs.

So, if you ask me, the fighting style of a newly created regiment depends on the player who creates them.

The reason that i chose the Imperial Guard for my army was based on the fact that they walk into battle against the most brutal of enemy's, fighting for what they belive in and showing that the human spirit is one of the most powerfull weapons that the human race has!!!

space marines marvel at the fact, that guards men fight till the end, when they show up to clean up at the last minute , they always say theres so many of them fallen, and how are they still fighting outnumbered, who are the real soldiers?

Remember this they don't have gentic altered bodys power armor or other advance technology but they have is a flak jacket a lasgun and the Heart of a hero they are the bravest of they brave they who the astates respect they they who the sister pray to they who the emperor honors they are the imperial guard they are glory, honor,duty and Might all in one remember them and why they fight with heart, soul and life remember them for that

@HolyMarauder05 I like what you said but the Sisters DO NOT pray to the guard, they Pray to the Emperor and ONLY the Emperor. other than that you got what you said spot on. The Astartes do respect the guard, to an extent. but still they do respect them.

@SGTRUSSIAN This Tribute is supposed to be a tribute to the entire Imperial Guard, sorry if I picked the Cadians the most but there is one Steel leigon picture in this tribute. the reason I picked the Cadians the most is because I personally feel that they sacrifice the most out of all of the regiments, I mean facing down demons is alot more horrifying than facing down Orks. not that Orks are a walk in the park, but at least they don't have the possibliy of devouring or enslaving you're soul

The Space marines cannot be everywhere at once, so its up to the Guard to protect mankind for the most part. men and women like ourselves, having to face the worst of the worst for our species very existance, and winning, that takes balls of diamond. and diamond is the hardest substance on Earth, so yeah...
