@sps2310 i love brand new so don't get me wrong they deserve attention because their songs and jesse's voice is beautiful but i'd rather have them underrated than overrated. i don't think anybody wants them becoming one of those bands that all of the sudden come out of the woodwork and start writing to sell instead of writing out of emotion which is what jesse does, it's all emotion and its amazing

@sps2310 it's pretty obvious why imo. They change the sound drastically every album. The first 3 album are all very good but they are all extremely different. It's hard to keep a steady fanbase when you do that because fans are expecting a certain sound and then they sound like a completley different band. I would imagine this would turn off a lot of fans but it would gain them new fans in return.

I love the fact that Brand New more or less Jesse is such a private band/person. They leave it to the music. And they rarely if ever talk about their personal lives. They know what it's all about and don't want to be apart of it. I know they aren't trying to but it makes them somewhat mysterious, and i absolutely love that.
