2) about 0:24 woman came under the blanked from behind using time while man is setting the alarm clock (take a look at 0:29 - two people in the bed).

3) there is a mirror under the bed so man can easily just hide there (he had to do it very quickly) - spectators spotted him

I know exactly hows its done:

O:10- guy gets into the bed.

0:16 camera gets close to the guy

0:26 while he pulls his legs out of the bed and the girl puts her legs in his place.

Then he slides out and she pulls the thing away. Viola! Magic!
