Watch the video "PLEDGE REDEO". It depicts the "26th annual pike pledge redeo at the U. of Minnesota. The pike pledges are made to strip naked and perform various silly and degrading acts. Like chase a pig. Then they are taken into a barn and sodomozied with a dildo and made to suck each others penises. Only one pledge refuses and leaves. As the chapter president, who is shown leading the hazing, says "we all did it". Ritualized homosexuality has sadly long been a part of fraternity hazing.
Another video shows SAE pledges being made to strip naked, "tea bagged", then made to suck each others dicks. One reluctant pledge is litterally taken to the front door and told to do it are get out forever. He sucks his fellow pledges dick with tears in his eyes.

and other sources we learn their home addresses. We send a copy of the video to all members parents. Chapters who have sold their honor and the honor of their fraternity for this money include SAE, Pike, and more from Sigma Chi than any other as well as chapters from a number of other frats. Supposedly Johny Lechner went to my school. The UW Board of regents created a Johnny Lechner rule in where you can't get over x number of credits otherwise you'll be charged double tuition.
The guy I hear started college in 94 and might still be going to school. Some say he just graduated last winter. But I'm not sure if he graduated as he's a huge legend on my campus. A guy who supposedly has enough credits for 9 majors and 5 minors.

That's what happens when you have a budget the size of just the coffee bill for a major motion picture. It's hard to make a film that looks "Hollywood made" when you don't have any money available, cut corners, and are limited with your script (because of money) to only shoot in 5 locations. This movie is so bad that it makes me question whether or not the invention of film (or story, for that matter) was really worth it. I had to force myself through every agonizing second of this film and by the end I was physically ill over what I had just seen. This movie has absolutely NO redeeming value and a law should be put in place banning the creators from ever touching a camera ever again. See this film only if you want to know the single best reason to murder yourself.

I don't think we disagree all that much, the genre does have potential to be so much more. That's why we started AOX Films. 99% of what National Lampoon and American Pie spin offs are selling you garbage.
We worked under a limited budget, but at least we have an A story and a B story that makes sense and the film is in 3 acts. Amazing how many "professional" writers can't even do that.
If you don't like Frat comedies then you won't like Fraternity House - but a lot of people will.
Part of the "mission statement" for our company is to bring film to Michigan (This was 3 years ago way before the film bill was signed). We are dedicated and loyal to MI and want to see this state prosper. Whenever possible we used all local GR people (including bands from GR in an effort to support local music). Hopefully over the next few years and with a few more movies we can do our part (even if it is small) in bringing more film to MI and therefore more money and jobs into this state.
Keep in mind there are many different levels and budgets of film. Most people view a movie (or in this case a trailer) and decide if they like it regardless of budget. FH was shot on an extremely low budget even for independent standards. However, most people base their opinion and comparisons with movies that are big budget/major studio films.
Many people who are not fans of this genre have been even more turned off because of the "crap" that has come out lately (The last three straight to DVD American Pie movies and basically all National Lampoon movies since Van Wilder). And I don't blame them. Give this movie a fair chance and watch it keeping in mind the extreme budget and resource differences to the other movies mentioned above.
Considering many people think that ANIMAL HOUSE is the best college comedy ever made I would consider our movie a great success if it even mentioned in the same sentence as ours. Not to mention it had 500 times our budget.
me and joel are sitting here thinkin about how tight this movie is.. we both got to audition for public enemies yesterday. film starring johnny depp and christian bale.
I can't thank everyone involved with this movie enough. Especially Alex, Tony, Justin, and of course my partner in crime Joel. This trailer is only the beginning. The movie looks incredible and we are close to final edit. Can't wait to see everyone at the premier this Spring! Scott V.

A lot of people love college comedies, and we do a very good job with them. Sorry you don't like the genre, it's not for everybody.

FH was shot on an extremely low budget even for independent standards. However, most people base their opinion and comparisons with movies that are big budget/major studio films.

Many people who are not fans of this genre have been even more turned off because of the "crap" that has come out lately (The last three straight to DVD American Pie movies and basically all National Lampoon movies since Van Wilder). And I don't blame them. Give this movie a fair chance and watch it keeping in mind the extreme budget and resource differences to the other movies mentioned above.

No set day for premier but will be help in Grand Rapids, MI
FYI Michigan is pretty much the new hollywood for this year and all of next year, they have the best tax film incentive in the country right now

Considering many people think that ANIMAL HOUSE is the best college comedy ever made I would consider our movie a great success if it even mentioned in the same sentence as ours. Not to mention it had 500 times our budget.
