I remember the first time I shot a centrefire, I was sitting there thinking the recoil would kill. Turns out, there is bugger all. I was amazed how little recoil it had and it could tear a mans head apart. My other friends were different tho, thinking it would have no recoil, so they didn't hold it properly. Big mistake.

the plastic behind the lead shot is the wad that separates the gun powder from the lead. it goes out the barrel behind the lead shot but it does little to no damage to the target. the shell stays in the chamber until it's ejected.
