also the grunt......neccesary or not, it also becomes longer and lower pitched with you off speed stuff, remember in ncaa ball there will be player/coaches in the duggout watching your every move to pick out anything they can that may tell them what might be comming. long story short your tipping your pitches a little.
im an ex basball basball pitcher, and dnt no much about softball pitching but i do know about repeating the same motion, arm spead/angle and follow through, and out of curiosity i clicked on your video and after the first changeup you through i imediatly picked out that different from your fastball fallow through you finish with you arm high with you hand up by your shoulder, but when throwing you change your arm becomes stiff and you finish with your arm low and your hand down by your left hip.
@gcmorris14 I Think she hits perfectly fine, she has a strong stance and if her "butt motions" put her in her comfort zone for hitting then let it be, If her Bow in teh hair gives her good luck then maybe soo, or maybe putting a bow is jsut ehr thing, stfu and lets see you post a video of you doing half the stuff she is doing.
