This makes me want to get the newest release. My problem with it before was the spells cost too much mana and required too high a level for how effective they did. The vinilla Oblivion spells were more efficient and useful, while your spells were only cool to look at. You're too afraid of making them cheap. If you haven't increased the damage about 10-15% yet, you should do that.
