@Fretek1 hi fellow troll/viewer.Seeing as you are moderately knowledagble of WoW and Raiding if you take a yonder into the first full clear of ULD including algalon in the 10 and 25man raid composition a Arms warrior was used.for the following reasons A)because of the weapons available at the time along with the naxx gear stats made Arms alot moreviable at the time.B) the Raid buffs brought to a 10 and 25man raid from a Arms warrior was highly more than that of a fury. i can go on if you need.

Barely, fury is probably the best DPS spec atm, surpassing everything pretty much, including rogues/mages/hunters.

I'm a fury warrior, but it seems like arms is way better against single target? Am i right? Becaus the "improved" AoE in fury ain't really much, just maximum 4 enemies around you (whirwind).

Furys aoe is so much better than arms. Arms has great aoe burst on shorter pack pulls, but fury wins long duration AOE fights. I pull 25k in ICC25 hc on the trash, 13k single target and arms is far inferior.

peope dont spam HS cuz it does crap dmg (only increases next melee attack by 490) and is pretty much a 45- 55 rage loss since it costs rage to use and you dont generate any rage with your regular melee swing like you normally would have. HS is bad mmkay

Most armswarriors have to heroic strike every fiew swings to avoid wasting rage, 490damage is stil better then nothing.

Fury uses it every mainhand weaponswing.

it's called damage buffs, other than your looking at no more than 10K from a normally buffed warrior in fury. it's just situational fights can sometimes increase your damage output, but don't rely on them, their not always there.
