    But! SCHIP should be renamed SSCHIP for Smoker Supported Childen's Health Insurance Program. We smokers deserve credit for our contribution.

  • So Congress now needs 22 million new smokers to fund the expanded SCHIP.

    Congress has now approved Smoking Cigarettes in the United States of America
