As an addition to ctrlaltdude's suggestions, I'd also advise sorting the volumes out a little too - the background hiss and key tapping tends to drown out your dulcet tones ;)

You are going way to fast with your screen and explanation. Talk a bit slower and set your screencapture software to NOT follow your mouse. You are now srolling all over the screen which is very confusing for your audience.
Use a static view and drag the windows which you are using into this view (or use CMD-TAB and re-arrange them in front of eachother). That will be easier if you use a somewhat bigger capture window.
This video is completely useless. What was shown here could go without say.
