Thom Matthews has always been one of my favorite (underrated) actors of the

1980s. It was like this movie (and the first) was made for him. I'll always remember

the his first "I wanna eat your brains" yell. Only Matthews can make the

said words sound creepy and humorous at the same time.

@klumpos 28 days later was okay (just my opinion) I think it's because at the end, it didn't really feel like a zombie movie. It was the guy running around, letting one zombie kill them off, and then they escape of course, and find a house out in the mountains, and end up getting rescued.

In the original, the main protagonist dies, and the girls get away.
