LB does give mana back through replenishment and not just yourself but a raid wide mana regen, as long as your 3X stacks are up its constant mana going out to the raid and yourself.
2) WildGrowth should be used more as soon as you get off the MT/OT. Don't let LB wear off Tank unless you're about to cast HT and wanna see LB bloom/get mana back. In conclusion, In order of priority on tank then raid....
Tank(s) -- LB X 3 > Rejuv> Regrwth> Nourish (keeps LB up)> Swft/M on CD HT if need "BIG HEALS"
Rest of raid -- WG (on CD)> ReJuv> Swft/M(efflorescense,heals party) > Nourish >= Regrwth.
@munna32 Hi! I would totally agree with you were it not for the unique mechanics of the fight :) you can watch my other videos and see that i'm good at using hots where necessary, keeping up LBx3 and harmony, and conserving mana all while putting out high hps and keeping the raid alive. In this fight, hots while your assignment is the torment debuff isn't beneficial to you to build your stacks and uses an unnecessary GCD when you could have cast a direct heal for stacks. I'll use a rejuv/SW...
@munna32 on those targets when they get low enough and need a fast/big heal. When my assignment swaps to tanks, i'll put a rejuv for the extra nourish heal and bc rejuv does a large amout of healing with the tank buff. Otherwise, it's most important as a druid to act like a pally in that fight - direct heals/direct heals/direct heals. Only a shaman's RT will give them a stack, so all other hots become less important, unless like i said, you can afford to use a GCD with rejuv on the tank....
@munna32Also, LB does not give you mana back anymore. Regardless, this was one of my first attempts on this fight as a druid and i have since perfected a bit more...stacking LB slowly on the MT while healing torment and using the refresh with nourish to have them heal like they should with the tank buff. Again, main priority is getting stacks with direct heals, so wasting gcds while healing torment is less favorable for your overall hps. You may, of course, look at my logs to verify that...
@munna32 I'm staying "true" to the awesomeness that is the druid hot. All about using them wisely and most effectively. I reforge off all the spirit I can for that extra mastery and use hots when best applicable while taking full advantage of WG, rejuvs on the tanks and for those where it won't be an overheal, timing with Eff and taking advantage of the wonderful T12 4-set :) Thanks for the comment, and feel free to reply to my rambling.
If you really don't mind, can I give you some constructive criticism? :-) if yes read on (all in good faith). u do great on swiftmend, nourish nd regrowth on raid but, what you should be doing is focusing what comes to resto naturally. HOTS, HOTS... What I mean is;
1) I see you not making use of rejuv / LB as much as it should be (dont mean to be a prick here). Rejuv is the best HoT on single target, SM after that will bring them up faster than Regrwth nd will be faster,...... Continued
hey i use healbot too but i wonder when someone's healthbar turns into "pink", is it when they move ontop of the shard? How do you fix so you can make it pink then? Would really appreciate a reply and i really like your video btw. It's great :)
@Zanityy Heya! I love this part of healbot and use it for a lot of different debuffs :) Go to the "cure" tab and hit the "custom" button. Type "Torment" in the custom debuff (make sure to capitalize the names of debuffs) and hit "save"! All done :) Torment is the name of the debuff the dps will get by standing next to the crystals. I used bright pink to get my attention, but you can chose any "special debuff" color you'd like. Also put "Gushing Wounds" for the Alysrazor fight ;) Hope it helps!
this is a great vid, at least, havent found better that shows ur rotation. See it if you are having troubles with ur rotation as a r. druid. and read up. gj man.
@roggso :) thanks! btw, girls do play wow ;) lol, i'll try to post a 25-man sometime soon! Glad you liked it, and let me know if you have any questions about healer rotation or spec/spells. Thanks again!
