My husband is Indian and lately I been using your recipes and he's been so happy and shocked! He keeps saying this is REAL food he doesn't consider pasta food for some reason!
@kajubaju : Oh gosh, we have this awesome Masala Cornish Hens recipe on our website. Search for it there or on our YouTube channel. It is finger-licking good :)
dried pomagranette seeds...love this idea since the fresh ones are so hard to find out of season. Thanks for another great recipe. I'm wondering about the format though...usually you show at least a bit of the prep work for each item - onion, tomato, etc. but not this time - are you trying to make the videos shorter or was this just a one time change?
Just made this dish. I wasn't sure how it was going to taste with all the spices but it was so tasty. Thanks for such a unique recipe. I'm certainly learning about many spices and their unique taste :)
Thanks for using BOTH the English and Indian terms for the ingredients! Not only does it help us to know what you're cooking, but it also encourages us to learn new words that help us communicate better with our friends in the Indian community. d=)
Hi Anuja and Hetal: As usual a wonderful recipe well presented by you two ladies. I will have to wait at least three to three and hald weeks as I am on a strictly vegetarian style of cooking. This diet was on public Television by an Md who has done his homework his name is Dr. Fuhrman. Already have lost 7 pounds since starting this diet. You both have a very good team.

the only thing i didnt see in the recipie, was how much chicken is used, does anyone else remember seeing an amount?
chrisbrown456 4 months ago
@chrisbrown456 : It's there, written out in the beginning when we introduce the chicken ;) - 2.5lbs/1kg.
Just FYI - every video of ours has a link right under it and if you click on that, it takes you to the detailed written out recipe :)
Cheers!

Why would you not use ghee instead of the oil? I automatically go to the ghee for all my curries. Making ghee is fun as well.

@Fuzzycop So true. Sometimes I spend a lot of time chasing single ingredients that are critical to a dish.

Be careful while using chicken breast meat as the tomatoes tend to make them rubbery.
