  • 7:55 How is that murdered woman still standing up?..

  • why not just compare the handwritting from the ripper letters to the journal?

  • BE CURIOUS of (red flag) ANNNNNY man,who says,.."gotta put a woman in her place"MORE curious,.if the says,..."had a lotta women wanna kill me"(listen to the situation, hes speaking of.

  • i am jack the ripper

  • @MrJasonBkn Shut up Dr. T. Neil Cream!

  • fake or not. it's very detailed which makes this documentary very interesting & scary.

  • Jack the ripper was a women, a fellow prostitute maybe?

  • This is Dr Who.

The diary is a total scam. What is surprising is that a scouse git and his wife wrote it. Well done mate I say, makes a change from thieving and shooting. I must say though the ladies from Liverpool are magnificent

  • @linclinc5 Predictable response here people. Do you have any Mother-in-law jokes too?

  • I wonder why would it be physically impossible to eat a uterus?

  • @MsStormcrow I highly doubt it. I think its physically impossible to not be able to eat a uterus. You literally cut it and put it in your mouth...whats so hard about that?

  • So this might very well be the true Jack the Ripper. Well, the more money people have, the more likely they are to get away with murder.

  • @FroggyHope The diary is a fraud. The author admitted it in 1995.

  • @rainbowpride76 if so then y is this vid still on youtube

  • @nitewolf89 What has the fact that this video is still on youtube have to do with anything? The actual authors were a couple from Liverpool. They admitted it! Look back at the comments, I'm not the only one saying it! Plus, do a google search!

  • @rainbowpride76 You are correct and the ink has also now been shown to have been ink that was only manufactured after 1974. Previous ink tests are said to not have been looking for one of the ingredents in the ink. Mike Barret claimed Tony Deveroux gave him the diary but later said that he had helped him forge it. Tony Deveroux was a retired print worker so would have had some idea about ink and paper. I like the documentary but now believe the diary is a hoax.

  • @taketelling I like the doc too, and also believe it is a hoax for the same reasons you do. At the end of the day though, forge or not Barrett and Deveroux made enough money out of it for them to retire somewhere warm and sunny!

  • The person who has forged this diary has obviously just based the it on the existing letters sent to Scoland Yard that were possibly written by 'The Ripper'. And most of it is based on modern knowledge as well. Someone just did their research to create this hoax in my opinion.

  • you know, this douche that's presenting/narrating the entire thing is reeeeally playing up the details and creating a bias in this film..

  • it's the poetry.. i can only speak for myself and i don't read other people poetry, but for me, poetry is personal and the creativity and topic of the poem is from experience and.. and the argument, solution or journey of the poem is from imagination

can people use only nothing but imagination to be poetic?

  • i myself have endulged into cabin fever and the twisted humor the human mind will create to entertain itself. this writing sounds like cabin fever scribbles.

as my trip into solitude was fueled and prtected by the power of mary jane.. i don't know if real cabin fever can make people kill for fun. but i do recognize the criptic laguage.

  • i'm only on episode 4 and am waiting for them to carbon date the diary if they can.

the poetry of this diary is like a delusional world.. whoever wrote this is in the story deeply.. only the real murderer could write like this, or an investigator that's been working on the case so long that the facts of the deeds are so ingrained on his mind that he can fantisise clownish terms with the facts..

  • PROBABLY a hoax? you can't fucking say shit like that! 'oh it's a hoax, let's leave it at that' christ for all they knew jack the ripper could have written that!

  • god this is creeping me out but I can't stop watching

  • 08:02 my godness!

  • Hm. I reckon a lot of this is coincidence - and envelope with a letter 'M' could stand for 'Medicine' or 'Mrs.'.

  • everyone the spirits of the girls did not go into the light , becuase of the way they died and if you pray for them or dedicate a candle to them you would be doing a great service god bless you

  • @goldenmessenger no worries... I performed a blood sacrifice in their honor... you know... OT style... all's good

  • This one i can see is fake fake fake i saw the real Jack the ripper..hand writing it`s not so nice as this..

  • Dear boss letter proven fake Was Witten by a journalist of the Star paper named fred best and the editor T.P O'CONNOR

  • there is a lot here that adds up.... sometimes people dont want to admit the truth when its right in front of them..

All of the ripperologists in this documentary sittin round the table wouldnt believe the truth if the whitechapel murderer knocked on their door

  • never knew jeremy beadle was an actor...

  • AHH help my dad is forcing me to watch this HELP MEE!!!

  • the letters were referred to by whom they were sent. The jack the ripper letter referred to the letter to the paper. And they called the from Hell letter the Lusk letter or the From Hell letter.

  • Carbon dating might be a waste because finding paper and ink of that ear might not be a hard find even in modern day England? Forgers usually make mistakes during the aging process.

  • What about that one ripper like murder in Jersey at the same time Chapmen had moved from whitechappel to Jersey?

  • Man, they choosed a great voice in Alan Rickman...

  • @Wowbagger86 That isnt Alan Rickman its Tom Baker...

  • @Marillionboy I read that in another, my comment's quite old. I was mistaken, but they really are voicetwins though.

  • @Marillionboy Tom Baker doe's also sound a lot like Neil Gaiman... Awesome voice.

  • Comment removed

  • @Wowbagger86 Alan Rickman and the actual voice of the "Ripper" really have similar voices, although I think Rickman's voice is even deeper.

  • @Sztriki86 I read it a while ago that I was mistaken, but it seems that I'm not the only one mistakeing the voice for Rickman since I got so many thumbs up... they are very similar. You're right, Rickman's voice is incredibly deep. They should form a club, the incredible deep voiced actors guild, and prankcall people to freak them out. Thinking about it, they probably have done it already...

  • @Wowbagger86 Yes,I'm sure they already did that :)

  • Stride was not a ripper murder

  • There is a theory that Elizabeth Stride was not a Ripper murder victim, just an unfortunate coincidence.

  • alanheath- from what I understand, she was not mutilated in the way the other women were. Her death occured on the night of the 'double-event' when Catherine Eddowes was found not far away. Some say Strides killer panicked, others that he couldn't contasin the killing spree.

  • If it was a Ripper killing then it could be that the killer was disturbed by another person and to get the publicity required he had to kill a second person that night.

  • alanheath- yes, I think thats plausible.
