  • The reason why you get that noise at 0:33 is because Line 13 runs on Steel Wheels which is the reason for that noise.

Only lines 1, 4 , 6 , 11 & 14 have rubber wheels which makes the subway trains much quieter.

  • @gamerrails : About the noise at 0:33, you have steel wheels, it's true, but there is another thing of particular on this metro which cause noise: The bogies don't rotate.

The characteristic sound comes from the friction of wheels on rails.

  • 0:33 to 0:38 - what is that noise and how is it caused? It seems particular to the metro - it doesn't happen on the London Underground. Any help, people?

  • I think it has something to do with the train going into a curve.

  • That my friend is the special sound only the MF77 stock makes when going round a sharp curve!

  • @Herobelle it does sometimes

  • le train s'est arrêté ?

  • Why did the train stop?

  • Probably beacause the one ahead was too close, since there two branches of the line on its northern part, so trains for both these end points alternate before the branch.

  • Tu t'es mis entre les rames?

  • J'étais sur le bord de la fenêtre de la voiture dans lequel j'étais.
