FS2Crew is too rigid, and you must follow a pre-designed script, which gets too boring after a while. I use what's called Multi Crew Experience, and i can interact with my virtual co-pilot by voice, let alone talk to ATC and...

No scripts, ask what you want, when you want it.

hey . I think FSpassengers is fine if you want to take care of passengers:food,music,movies..­. (F/A stuff ^^) but if you want to have full cockpit experience just choose FDC.
