Ghulam Ali sahib..used to perform alongside Madam Noor Jehan on Tablas.. I understand he is also related to her.

A good man..one who respects Music like Religion..and religious he is too!

He is great as a singer, and on the tabla too. He is also a very down to earth person, friendly and always has a smile on his face. I had the opportunity to briefly meet him once outside of a music concert.

Ustad Ji is himself one of the greatest ghazal singers and as you can see he is also a very good tabla player as well. Which only comes with experience and dedicating his life to music. You will find that there is not many talented people like him in the whole world. We should all get to know them and learn something ourselves.

Ghulam Ali is one of the most talented guys ever to be born. Even though there is a minor error, you can tell that he is knowledgable on tabla.

Khan Sahab Has got an amazing sense of lay. Hence his adjustment in the tihai. His sargams are also based on taal and lay, he can do tihais with his sargams.

I have heard Khasahab play tabla and he can play most of the stuff his tabla players play with him, but due to age and lack of riaz he can perhaps not sustain.

He has learnt tabla from Ustad Allah Ditta Khan sahab whose grandson, Arshad Ali accompanied Ghulam Ali sahab from early 80's to early 90's.
