When I was 11 years old, in 1984, my best friend and I used to dig through his step dad's albums and this album was an inevitable find. I was never into any music until that time and I never had been exposed to a sexual image such as was presented on this album... My friend and I were immediately addicted and we listened to this album incessantly... after that experience I always secretly wished I was black and worshiped Funkadelic and its adjuncts.
