Search your computer for WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER for editing your videos, then under "Tools", click "Video effects" and find the one for speeding it up X2. If you speak and plan to speed it up, then speak your words very slowly and pronounce each word in an exaggeratedly slow manner, otherwise nobody will be able to make out what you are saying. Practice makes perfect!

Movie Maker comes installed in Windows, from WindowsME to the present time. Just open the program and t has a "Help" section. Like anything else that you've never done before, you have to play around with it to get the hang of using it.
