I'm pretty sure Ariel is 16. Yeah, Peter probably is 13ish, but I always thought he could be older. I'll go as far to say that he could pass as a not very mature 16 year old.

They are definitely both in their teens, and around the same age, so I think it works. :D Pariel came about while doing a High School RPG with a friend. ^^

They got married had kids young but Ariel didn't have Melody till the second movie when she was in her Twenties. Prince Eric was 18 Ariel was 16 when they first met and got married, most people also accuse Disney of Eric being a pedo they think he is in his thirties and Ariel 16
