Man this is a sick case, Just wondering, Im thinking about getting soome laser cutting done for my case and id like to know where you sent your acrylic sheet off to?

Thanks man! Most engraving / awards / trophy shops have laser cutters. Just google one in your area and ask if they have a 40W or greater CO2 laser. You can also use DelviesPlastics(.)com. Anywhere you go you will need to send them a vector file of what you want done.

looks nice .. why didnt you use regular spray cans ?! what's the advantage of going through this process ?

thanks man... powder coating is a very durable finish.. much more so than you can achieve with aerosol spray cans. the advantage here is the process.. powder coating doesn't require line-of-sight when it's applied, isn't toxic, and after is cures will flex with the metal.

You may want to ask this question to YouTube channel ETCPowderCoating (link in the description). He's the one who did it. If you're gonna have it done by a shop, it would probably take about a week turnaround time.

On the LSU cutout in the side panel. If you can somehow fill the holes in. ie: Cut just enough so you can glue it in, and have it not be seen on the back side.

I'll send you a PM... I recommend it highly. It's an insanely durable finish as it flexes with the metal and is very resistant to chipping.
