  • This song was written by a Jamaican Name Jackie Edwards for Producer Chis Blackwell that gave the world Bob Marley. Also chk out "Someone Help Me" by the same Jamaican writter.... Both songs were number one UK hits for this Group.

  • GREAT OLDIE...I LIKE THE VERSION BY THE EVERLY BROTHERS ALSO..!

    ERIK TIELMAN, FLORIDADADA

  • Jackie Edwards was revered by Mods and the "Rhythm & Soul" crowd for "I Feel So Bad" on Island, now regarded as a Soul classic.

  • wow out on fontana thought I'd never see it again thanks for keeping and for sharing

  • You gotta dig that sweet guitar lead through this tune ... it's like butter, I always wished there were more of it, but then again the restrained quality of that excellent lead may be part of it's appeal. It's a great rock n' roll lead guitar, but it's unfortunately pretty obscure.

  • Great song. It has always been my favourite Spencer Davis track, since it first came out. Saw Spencer Davis himself sing this in Woking in the 1980s. Different voice tone from Stevie Winwood, but he did a great job of it. It was an excellent concert, and although eclipsed by Stevie Winwood, Spencer Davis was excellent too.

  • Steve Winwood rocked on the 60s along with this group.

  • Good morning, do you like sixties? Listen and pod cast my program " great sound of 60' s " on the site plumfm. Greeting and made blooper in rock and roll.

Salut, vous aimez les sixties ? Ecoutez et podcatez mon émission "le super son des sixties" sur plum fm. Salut et faites gaffe au rock'n roll.

  • This track also heard in "The Royal" theme music

  • Very superior audio. Great work. Sids60sSounds You Da Man.

  • Thanks!

I was when I last looked. lol

  • Awesome song. my mums uncle wrote this song :-D

  • @glynneowen seriously?! That's incredible!!!! Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't he also write 'Keep on Running'?

  • @beatleboy123 Yeah, he was a reggae artist, also. However because his songs dealt with less revolutionary subjects than people like bob marley he remains more famed in the public eye for his songwriting. He is my inspiration :-)

  • @beatleboy123 Jackie Edwards wrote Keep On Runing as well, but Steve Winwood has a great voice, he was only 18 when he recorded this.

  • Spencer Davis Group and another number 1 hit

from the 60's and Somebody Help Me....good song ..but my two favourites are Gimme Some

    Lovin' and Keep on Running

  • Shit-hot piece of Sixties Rock 'n' Roll- absolutely timeless! :)

  • @CockneyRebel1979
