The scene is from a short I had planned before ep1 was made. The short was after the events of Runaway Arry, which involved Bert helping Tyler in the yards, which leads to the crash. But I accidently deleted most of the footage so i cancelled it,

i can fix it, but only by making a screencap out of a clip.

Are you editing the video in Movie Maker? If so, take a snapshot of the footage in the timeline, not the on the collections menu. That way the images will appear in widescreen and not 4:3.

sadly i don't know how to do that.

when i take a snapshot of a clip, i do it in PMB[picture motion browser].

and, out of curiosity, what about editing the faces if i take a snapshot in WMM?

@TheBlueE2 Below the preview screen there is a button that can take a still image of the frame your viewing. Use this and then import the image into something like Paint, edit it, and save it ready to put it back into WMM.
