Thank you for your question. I don't use a needle because I find it much easier when working with monofilament string to just put the string through the beads using my hands. It takes a little while to get used to but I prefer to bead that way, and some of the bead weaving that I do could not be done using a needle.
Very nice and I understand that you want to sell the lessons. However, you will need to at least show one complete lesson (in order to see if your explanations are good enough) to sell your videos. This way, we cannot really see how thorough you are, as you edit these too much.
Alternatively if you have full lessons on YouTube you can become a partner and make money from advertising revenue.

There's a 10 minute limit on video size. So what I did was break up one of my full length lessons into three videos.
