If this is true, how can a homeowner who is facing foreclosure win against the corrupt banks? Is there a way or not? If the bank committed fraud by accepting the mortgage note that I signed, how can they have any right to foreclose upon me?
My daughter and I are in the process of taking Wells Fargo to task on the MERs Mortgage and this video helps. We are going to bring our suit under the Federal RICO ACT, Title 18 United States Code section 1961 - 1964. One of the major charges is extortionistic credit practices.
@dale8203 You might want to re-think filing suit, especially under the RICO act. You are a co-conspirator, and if you aren't you lack standing to bring the suit. Filing the suit will make you a paper terrorist, and you'll be fully prosecutable under all the anti-terrorism regulations on the books.
You have to understand that title 18 applies equally to you and them, but when you cross over into private law, the rulse no longer apply.
That was interesting and made a lot of sense. I can say that I pay cash for anything I want (I don't have much ;)), I don't own a credit card and I don't owe anyone anything! Bankers ARE criminals and they know all the loopholes. I've said that social services would be next, for cuts. Sure enough; they just cut our basic monthly shelter (accomodation) allowance by $75. People on disability, such as myself are particularly affected. Of course, the government and the banks are good buddies.
so what does one do?
