@SC1337 I understand the notion, the idea of "retreating for recovery". Unfortunately, the world doesn't really work like that. Countries, which truly isolate themselves, are sure to decline much further and faster than they thought they could.

What the US needs indeed is an inner reflection and return to its core values but this reflection cannot result in the ill mannered games the US has played in the last decades, waging war for economic purposes and letting others pay for their own faults.

However, that time cannot happen.
