it's pretty simple: there are some supers which hit in 0 frames, this means that if you're not blocking BEFORE the super freeze, you will eat the super; then there's a single frame, just when you land from the air, in which you can't block nor JD. Result: a well timed 0-frame super in that situation is unblockable.
Some good theory work here, I've been using a similar strat with Marco for awhile now.
