  • Every exercise doesn't have to be slow.. I like to work on the "pump" which means steady movements as long as the technique is good

  • @raidacaipo I totally agree with you that this is but ONE technique but constant tension or stimulating the arms itself to target the bicep are absolutely crucial and contribute to larger arms!
