hah are you hearing yourself.. 2.5" midpipe.. going into 3" catback.. .the pipe is 1/2" bigger in dia. and your saying its gonna bolt right up? unless you have 2.5" in and 3" outlet to the back. that is possible and would bolt up. but 3" in/out wont work. and even 2.5"-3" is stupid.. your better off doing full 3" or full 2.5".. youd probably want to keep everything the same size.. this sounds like your trying to put a 3.5" air filter on a 4" inlet pipe.. now explain yourself better..

Are you completely stupid? Im running a 3 inch catback ,with a 2.5 x-pipe. How does it not work, when there thousands of people running this combo. Yes, the diameter of the pipes are larger, but the connection socket of the catback, is DESIGNED TO FIT ONTO A 2.5 MIDPIPE.

Im not better off with 3 inch full exhaust, that's way to big of a back pressure loss, and the blowers perform better with sa little beack pressure. You make no sense, at all. You're either 11, or know dick about cars.

It's a Bassani-X, that's catted, lol. Same thing. It comes with off-road flow pipes, but the Cats keep The pitch, raspyness in check, and it sounds really deep. Plus Terminators like a little back pressure with the blower. An off-road X isn't necessary, trust me. You'd just be making more noise, and smelling like gas. Trust me, it RUMBLES.
