Man Dragon rushes are so much fun, that's what made Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 the greatest DBZ game. Ultimate Tenkaichi had potential, but it was just rock paper scissors with just 2 buttons.

Right before you fight Cell that capsule should be found near his ring on the world map in Goku's story mode. and you can also buy that capsule at the shop too, But i recommend you get it at story mode as anything is hard to find at the shop.

frieza's health in the beginning is green. the green bar is almost full, and the dragonrush destroys it. the combo's damage was about 3800. there are 1000 points per full bar, so this would take out almost 4 entire bars of health. that is just ridiculous. however, best character is uub with following setup

well, as goku, I believe BEFORE the Vegito vs. Super Buu fight, you look for Supreme Kai in a mountains area (it's actually in a northern part of the desert). Once done talking to him, proceed by fighting buu. Immediately after, any fight or cutscene (cuz i'm ot sure), look around the southern islands. it should be there. or you can successfully Super Spirit Bomb Kidd buu and after fighting Uub, look in the southern islands. it should be on one of the bigger ones.
