  • Air alert works really! I am using this program, now i am week number 13 and now my vertical is 35 inches.. Before air alert it was 31 inches.. :) I expect more then 39 iches in the and of program.. I am using air alert 4, and it is the best.. Air alert 2 is bed, 3 are not bed.. But it have 100 reps of leap ups and that is not good for jumping explosion... I dont have knee problems, you must use it on the wood flor, beton is not good! Dont use it on beton!

  • Done in 4 years. Considering the most correct knowledge in training. Without that will fail from there, no matter how long you work. It's what you do in given time that generates real time results. I am backed by science and you can never pwn me. If you want, you can immediately show these people who'd done this and I will tell they are extremely strong in TVS alone in that community.

  • yea hey i was born yesterday and i was doing this program for 9 months in the womb and i can dunk on a ten foot with an 102 inch vertical leap

    For all u people saying it doesn't work, it's cause u didn't try hard enough.

    On all of the excercises u have to jump as high as u can and push urself to the limit, and u gotta be consistent and have self discipline. Do this for 15 weeks and u WILL see results. maybe not 12 inches as they say but u are gonna see results if u do air alert correctly. I've done it for 7 weeks now and gained about 4 inches

  • I'm a 5'11, 14 year old, who weighs 230lbs, and i'm anywhere from 5-10 inches away from touching the rim. anyone got any tips? the reason i can jump high and being heavy is because mostly all my muscle comes from my legs.

  • @gondaime1 everyother week you switch from doing the workouts, the first week is monday wednesday friday and the next week is tuesday wednesday thurdsday, and just keep rotating workouts like that

  • I only gained 4.5 inches with this program. I stopped seeing results after the first month. My advice is don't buy this program poor results and bad for the knees.

  • @DerrenBrown100 It can be changed. 44 % variance in the fibers comes from environmental influences (exercise).

    Fortunately this isn't even the case at all. It is mass that should increase to gain strength. CNS is even more important than muscle typing which determines how fast a muscle contracts and this is only ALREADY just recruitment. Even beginners can recruit 80% their fibers in squat. All things being constant, bigger muscles are stronger.

  • Air Alert works. It's logical, the exercises train your legs. Your legs are sore afterwards by the way. BTW it's funny that they showed Jordan dunking. Even though Jordan himself said that he didn't do much jump training. :D

  • @balticpimp If you knew jump/physics, you shouldn't feel any burn at all. The burn feeling is due to cyclic anaerobic ENDURANCE state which trains your muscle to perform weak amount of forces to do it in many many reps. This is bad especially for someone who trains for performance. You really should just squat twice a week and practice jumping. Michael Jordan did lift weights BEFORE his primary level vert.

    power output, and force production.

    Jumping is not even genetics at all! No matter what you say:

    Jumping = putting more force on the ground split second which s propulsion.

    You might think this is all mentality which can be put into place. Wrong.

    3 types of training it takes years for massive to legends:

    Power lifting

    Explosive olympic lifts

    Plyo

    ALL 3 NO EXCUSES NO GENETICS.

  • Actually..This isn't a ebook. Air Alert 2 IS. I did air alert and I gained 16 inches in 21 weeks. I know that's a long time...but I SWEAR it's completely worth it.

  • If you want Air alert then ill send you the link to download the videos and the workout chart. Air alert works, but the secret to not let it damage your knees is that use shoes, and do it on a carpet or a wooden floor. Don't do it on cement.

  • Yea i think air alert is good. I just finished week 5 on friday and my friend told me that he has seen improvement in my vertical about an inch and half. The thing is is that ive been doing leg workouts for years thats why i think im not gaining a lot like other ppl this fast but i heard after week 10 ill start 2 really see improvements. IDK is that true? Im so close 2 touching rim.

  • That will not tax your nervous system and recovery and you can add to your work out or it as warm up to it.

  • And don't confuse strength training to high volume ones. Body builders don't even use hundred reps anymore they use very heavy weight in 13 reps for mass. Bigger muscles are stronger, they actually jump high, most with 35 inches for standing. For performance, do maximum weight you could lift in 1 - 2 reps. Explosive lifting for explosiveness. For explosiveness, do sets of singles @ 80% your max and lift it at a very quick fashion and just jump a lot(@your max vert standing & running)

Lift very heavy weights, IE squats increase the weight you could lift to 3.5 times x your own body weight, fortunately behind your stupid necks(If you want a legendary 55 inch running vertical)! Understand that it takes years for potential horse power to express feats like above 50inches vertical. My goal is just to jump 51 inches off running at age 21. It's not genetics. Bye!

  • Thanx but I don't do squats. Will start lifting and doing squat lunges though.(ie back injury) Necks are generally not the smartest part of the body. ThanksLOL later....

  • You're stupid. When I say squat, you're working on your leg muscles not your neck. Yes you may also do heavy lunges. It build glutes hamstrings quads and your core in balance and strengthen it. You may also do heavy dead lifing so you don't get subpar results due to over emphasis of the quads at squats. Quads, though important in quick catch and amortization is nit as important as your hamstrings (read high jumpers). In squat, do full squat to build your ham.

  • do this: take 40lbs and try to jump. Did you jump high? probably not. So being heavy makes it harder to jump because you need to lift all that weight. but it doesn't mean you won't get stronger. But air alert sounds like something that might hurt you if you are overwight.

  • its body weight training, any body weight training will work with ur body weight, since ur a little bit fatter doesnt mean it wont work, it just wont work as well as it would with a skinnier person.
