Casey is going to win her appeal. I couldn't figure out why this officer was lying in court, but I get it now. He didn't give her a Maranda warning, so what she is saying can't be used against her. I hope she sues the State of Florida. What these people have done to her is awful. They never had any reason to try to convict her. They had no case. In the end her lying conviction will be overturned.

Listening to this again now. I think, and I'm only guessing since I don't know the law? But after they realized Casey was lying about everything, they could have placed her under arrest for the disappearance and possible homicide of her daughter without questioning her. But their concern was Caylee. They gave Casey every opportunity to talk and end up with a lesser charge. These detectives did a fabulous job, and were almost too nice to Casey. But Caylee was the focus. Casey screwed up bad here!
Casey, being the sociopath she is, thinks by simply sticking to her story she will get away with murder and out smart the police. Casey lied herself right into a death sentence I think. She could have gotten off much lighter. These detectives were handing her a story almost which would have got her a lesser charge. Her guilt is obvious, I hope justice is served.

They KNEW the phone conversation was being recorded...& she thought noone would pick up on it???

Casey grew up in the area and may have had contact with these families over the years. I think the C. Zenaida Gonzalee lady at the Sawgrass apartments might have been a coincidence. Think about it. She dumps the kid right behind the two properties where a Zenaida A. and a F. Gonzales live.

Casey Anthony is a hard callous witch, nobody can break her, not even those closest to her including her brother. i knew she murdered her baby the moment i learned she never reported Caylee missing. And then when i heard these tapes that finished it for me. she has a flat affect in her demeanour and absolutely no love in her heart for her child. the detectives were great and knew Caylee was already dead at this point long before forensics.
she had more than a month to practice her lies.she practiced it over and over to make everyone believe her (except the cops cus everything she said they checked on).thats probably why nobody could break her.there was a clip from some news channel and they interviewed Tonie Lazarro, about casey stealing money from friends and family.and she said shes saving the money "just in case she needs to run away".she had more than a month to create a story. this story gets so interesting, her pathology.
But I think at that point they weren't sure if she was a sociopath, or like they said, just scared. The advice they start out giving her is almost fatherly. If she was a normal person, she would have understood what they were saying she would have cracked. If she'd cared about her family, the advice about mending things with them would have worked and she would have realized she couldn't run away from this.

I think it's not fair Casey wanted to give Caylee up for adoption and her mother would not let her. She was just a child having a child! Listening to this again now. I think, and I'm only guessing since I don't know the law? But after they realized Casey was lying about everything, they could have placed her under arrest for the disappearance and possible homicide of her daughter without questioning her. But their concern was Caylee. They gave Casey every opportunity to talk and end up with a lesser charge. These detectives did a fabulous job, and were almost too nice to Casey. But Caylee was the focus. Casey screwed up bad here!

Why didn't Sarjeant Allen stop when she changed her story from dropping the child off at the nanny's apartment to dropping her off "at those stairs' where she then had many times before, and ask her why her story had suddenly changed to match up with what they had found that there was no apartment rented by Zanny? I wish they had of really pushed her on that question, as there really is no answer and she blatantly changed her story to suit what was being found out.

They could have asked her about some of the rediculous things she claimed like how did you report a lost cell phone to work if we just established you don't really work here, etc. Then later ask what do you mean when you say you'd lie cheat or steal, give me some specific examples, & rephrase that for me by telling me the same thing in another way so I can get some clarification as to what you mean exactly.

Gonzales are the names of the neighbors on Hopespring Dr. Behind their houses on almost the property line is where Caylee was dumped in the Sawgrass.( tall grass in swampy areas) She was left between 9 and 1 . Addresses 4701 and 4709 Hopespring Dr. Caylees birthday was 08/08/05. 8905 Suburban Dr was the address where Caylee's remains were located. Does this make sense? Casey has always said that Caylee she felt was close to HOPE.... Does any of this make sense?

After hooking up my laptop to my brothers very expensive audio equipment (in recording studio), I played that one part of Lee & KC's phone conversation... When I'm wrong, I admit it. I was wrong, KC says, very clearly, "I feel she's close to "HOLT". If they can get testimony from Kio & replay that part, that's basically a confession from KC of whr Caylee's body was at. They KNEW the phone conversation was being recorded...& she thought noone would pick up on it???

Casey grew up in the area and may have had contact with these families over the years. I think the C. Zenaida Gonzalee lady at the Sawgrass apartments might have been a coincidence. Think about it. She dumps the kid right behind the two properties where a Zenaida A. and a F. Gonzales live.

i disagree. these two detectives were ace. And then when i heard these tapes that finished it for me. she has a flat affect in her demeanour and absolutely no love in her heart for her child. the detectives were great and knew Caylee was already dead at this point long before forensics.

I think it is more like, Cindy forced Casey into having a child that she was too young and immature to care for properly. But it didnt stop there, Cindy told Casey that she was a bad mother and threatened to take caylee away from her.ICindy kind of painted Casey into a corner where she was dammed if she did and dammed if she didnt. Casey could have walked away, given her mother custody and started working as an escort in LA. But she didnt, she killed her and now, she will fry for it.

I agree with you, I just said basically the same thing on part 1 of these videos. You may not be a professional, but I believe your way would have worked alot better. All this is is her rambling and then them rambling. They got no where. They say that they have all of these years of experience and they got no where. They need to be re-assigned. They are no good at this. They were way too nice to her. She's been treated way too well by everyone.

I'm amazed how much evidence has already been released in this case. I went thru ALL of it. Casey comes across as a sociopathic liar. You do not just wake up on day a sociopath. There has to be other acts, deeds, lies, whatever in her past to demonstrate this personality disorder. These stories will come out, Bernardbitch78 posted hearing examples of this behavior by Casey. Listening to this makes me sick, she killed her and only cares about saving her own ass, NOT her dead daughter.
