Couldn't be anyone else but Nagini versus Arthur. He's the only who was attacked by the snake at the Department of Mysteries. Podmore was arrested there, not attacked. And Boderick had a negative reaction to the Imperius Curse because he fought it. Nobody else it could be but Arthur. (Arthur is also the only one who fell asleep on guard duty)
