Dumb-ass. Put some cardboard on the bottom of the glass. Turtles are smart, but they don't understand Glass. They'll keep running into it thinking they can get out. Although it won't always happen, it can hurt them and if they start climbing on it they can fall over and land on their backs, which is where their lungs are located. This one was a water turtle, so don't worry about the shell, but it can still hurt it's nose. Putting the Cardboard there will keep it from hurting itself.

The turtle's shell exfoliated itself...it's basically shedding but not in one big piece, just little scraps every once and a white. Wikipedia, away!

Cause Goldfish are fat and slow, thats why there unhealthy to feed to turtles. While guppies and roseys are lean and fit and are hard to catch but are a healthier fish to feed turtles

My turtle was very active, it even used to chase after my finger. Now its sick,in-active,lost appetite, and its eyes are always closed. I noticed some mold growing on one side of the tank and that is what got him sick, I cleaned it up a week ago but my turtle is still sick. Any suggestions? I don't want to let it die
