It clearly says World Explorer all over it... not World Editor... and that's it's whole point. To be able to explore YOUR world. The idea is you can add the worlds you have on proper minecraft (on your computer) onto your phone and go around and make tweaks to your world or just to show it off to your friends. Again, it's called World EXPLORER for a reason! It really isn't a bad app, plus I got it for like $1.99 so it was definitely worth it.
