I know that the game is still at a beta level and in a few years most of the computers will probably run it just fine but right now I think that the game could be considered pretty heavy. I mean, by talking to my friends in SL, I know that most of them can't run even SL at high settings.

I run it with

- Quad core

- 3 Gigs of Ram

- GeForce 9800

I've had the machine almost two years. So, it's not like it's the blazing front edge of hardware, not to say my machine isn't beefy.

Also I am on a cable connection from the regular cable company.

Looking at the video I thought it reminded me of the game Crysis and now I just found out that this "Blue Mars" game is based on the graphics engine used by Crysis. Quite amazing.

I wonder what kind of computer and internet connection are going to be required to run this game at an acceptable level.
