Well Valabik really wasn't doing anything bad. Chara came out of nowhere to start this. I am all for guys fighting and sticking up for teammates, but I didn't see anything Valabik did that was serious enough to provoke a fight.

Actually I am a Bruins fan. I do grasp the concept of standing up for teammates and thats what Chara did, but I would have rather seen him stand up in a way where he didn't get an Instigator penalty, which nullified what would have been a Boston Power Play. I did like that Chara stood up for his teammate though. I just wish he could have avoided the instigator penalty.
