@komersitiviti running on a fast break with two people and let the guy get behind you and just simply press the alley oop buttons and it'll automatically go off the backboard, just hope the guy can catch it

They say it as if this is something new. The NBA street game for PS2 already have off the backboard alley oops, off the heezay and off the bootay alley oops too. Maybe the selling point of NBA 2k11 is doing off the glass to yourself... which has already been done.

You can do it if two persons are controlling the same team for example The Cavaliers :

One guy take Mo williams the other take LeBron James and if you have a chance to steal the ball with Mo you run as fast as you can ... you throw the ball of the glass then the other guy with LeBron run and when LeBron is trying to catch the ball you press on the shooting button and it works !

You probably need like 99 passing to do this, I've never seen this done by anyone. I don't think it's impossible though, I mean it was in the "How To Play" section of the Draft Combine.

its nothing you can do in the game, its just, if you get close enough it ends up hiting in, its impossible to actually do it i tried so manytimes, but the finished never gets it.

Yea the alley opp system has kinda been reversed where you don't have to dunk everything without the ball slipping out of your hands and you can even alley it to your pg which is crazy,but tony parker to rj mus be a big spurs fan.

i been trying to pull that off and an inbound alley oop on 2k9. the one off the glass i saw when 2k9 first came out in a trailer, but not sure if they actually put that in the game. if its definitely on 2k10 thats definitely a highlight reel

in the draft combine, u can only get ur player to maybe a 50 rating, but most ppl only improve about 2-5 points, my guy had all As in all 6 games but hes only rated 43 overall lol

no the way 2k said it in the new article they said you are going to have to play atleast 5-6 seasons before you even hit the 90's but there is a game mode like team up where you use your naller and play with 10 others online and have to work as a team to earn skill points becasue the mode is based off of team efforts intead of individual. they said if you score 50 points it mean nothing if you hog the ball and commit turnovers

yea but the thing is look at people like chris paul, black griffin, lebron and carmelo. they are all early first rounders. your a late second rounder or even undrafted and your getting very limited minutes depending on what team you go to

I guess the best thing is to get draft by a mediocre to underachieving team. Be the face of the franchise and play like it. I'm sure the more you are on the court and if you play with longer quarters (I play 12) you will be able to improve sooner than normal.

I play with 9 but im gonna put it to 12 so as you said get more skill points but i know even if you go to the T'wolves ( no disrespect if your a fan) i still think people like jonny flynn and wayne ellington are gonna be way above you in the rotation. with such a low over all its gonna take a while to be a starter unless you dont even start your career mode untill you do that teamup think for like atleast a week to get a 75 or 80 overall

The only thing I think will happen though at first is that you wont get to play much cuz the backups overall will be better. Its like we will be reserves or mop up duty at first. That's pretty cool, but how do you know it wasn't just a bad pass and that got released to early, o it hit the backboard? Because something like that happened to me in 2K9. I threw up an alleyoop to Tyrus Thomas, who was going for a reverse dunk, but the ball was too early and it hit the backboard. Tyrus still got the ball and dunked it, but i doubt that the backboard pass was intentional.
