Studio and live performances can badly be compared in my mind. I didn´t miss the voice of Maggie Reilly very much, because Rosa Cedron did it very good. Especially with the sophran support from the left side. Yes, Maggie Reilly has been the voice of Mike Oldfields songs for years and all singers are compared with her - and no - her live performances have been good and sometimes not so good.

The singer is Rosa Cedron (as Mr. Oldfield announces at the beginning). She is Spanish and is/was a member of a group called Luar Na Lubre, some sort of celtic/spanish music. Seems she is a solo artist these days. Mr. Oldfield used her as vocalist on Tubular Bells III. She is also a cellist and she played along at the Tubular Bells III premiere concert in London.

Fantástico Olfield.

La pena es que hay conciertos de ciertos tipos de música, como es este caso, en los que hay que cerrar los ojos, disfrutar de la música y dejarse envolver por ella, en vez de intentar cantar o corear y destrozar la canción. Pero me parece a mi que en España no hay forma de conseguir eso, siempre hay un nota que destroza el concierto.
