  • I saw Bowie at Hoffeinz Pavilion in Houston, Texas in about '79 and he was.....spectacular....the only word I can think of that is worthy of him....He was so far ahead of his time, I pitied the competition....although there really was none when you think about it.

  • MICHAEL RONSON

  • Mick Ronson was God. By the way Google I live in HULL, so why the fuck would I be interested in a conveyancing company in PLYMOUTH FFS.

  • @Oldfaithfullyours

It urges you to download an ad-blocker. Trying to make you want to buy stuff you don't really need, that is advertism all about. ;)

  • DAVID BOWIE i heart you x

  • Jeez, this song was part of my growing up stage. Anyone could listen to this and relate to it. Simply amazing stuff and Mick Ronson was killer.

  • I have been an avid Bowie fan since the age of 10. I'll always love his music, and no other music makes me happy the way that Bowie's does. I truely love this song. It's the best off of the album. Ziggy Stardust is my favorite album by Bowie. I'm 24 and I STILL adore David. Always have, always will love him.

  • My favorite track off of Ziggy Stardust...My favorite line: (I'll be a rocking rolling bitch for you!)

  • killer song !

  • I have never loved a musician as much as David Bowie... He's like... Perfection in a person :D

Absolutely love Moonage Daydream, makes me nostalgic for a time I'll never experience... :(

  • David is quite right when saying "FREAK OUT!" at the beginning of Ronson's solo...

  • One of the greatest choruses ever written.

  • Brilliant Guitar Riff....R.I.P. Mick Ronson.

  • words cannot describe how much I love this tune. far out

  • Mick Ronson maybe gave Bowie the best tribute ever. He shined a beautiful light on Bowie's voice and we all are humble at that kind of talent and excellence. Thanks to all for sharing this to us. This is a big one and deserves respect and only hendrix was in that caliber.

  • The hint of juvenile rebellion reeks across the airwaves screaming: "I'm young and i'm a god!" That's kinda the definition of good rock come to think of it. Note: Alice Cooper "I'm eighteen and I like it." Almost makes me young again to hear balls to the audience to rock with us simply by freaking out in a moonage daydream. Maybe if we all freaked a little more we'd be more sane? Fuck this prefabricated music today to make people cool. Back then the people were cool and it came out in the music.

  • This is the greatest science fiction song of all time! No shit! The cool optimism is when Bowie was best.

  • great cut up

  • best bowie song EVER

  • the weather 10000 maniacs

  • My all-time favorite Bowie song. Not affected at all it stands for what it is: THE GREATEST SCIENCE FICTION SONG EVER reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaachinggg to the next dimension in our evolution and taking some great guitar with it. The writing is unbridled passion for getting an honest mind-blowing smooth launch into shared highs taking you along into the next world. They were just good and knowing it: Just the right touch of electricity that somehow sounds like a chemical explosion into lunar orbit.

  • rock GOD !

  • Electric eye..like the cover to Aladdin Sane perhaps? Bowie=Epic

  • screw that 1980-'s lighter horseshi*t....I'm from the 70's pal.....we raised our fists in a revolutionary salute....this tune was all apart of the whole trip.....you spoiled little kids wouldn't understand

  • Agreeable, these are some killer lyrics :)

  • this is one of those songs you whip you lighter (not cellphone, sorry im an oldfashioned type of teen. you dont find enough of us =P) out for and just sway through the entire thing, only stopping a few times because your lighter is too hot or because it goes out and you have to relight it.

this song makes you actually FEEL and THINK, something that isnt done often enouh.

i love david and the way he writes these timeless songs.

Moonage Daydream is one of my favourites.

    love you david!

  • Oh, I'm feeling you friend and I agree...light it and sway

My personal favorite album by him!!!

  • i hate when people do the cell phone thing at concerts, so i always carry my zippo

  • @miniorangepanther Remember that? Lighters? I saw him back in the day in NYC...fabulous!!!

  • Make your mind up.

  • Freak out, far out, in out.

  • squawking like a pink money bird. great lyrics.

  • I`m a mamapapa coming for you..

  • I'M AN ALLIGATOR..

  • IMA MAMMA PAPA COMIN FOR YOU
