The elevated U-turn is a success and is reported to be 90% effective based on some credible reports in Sep. 2008 and as of late Feb. 2009, of technical organizations in Philippines and outside the country. Even foreigners plying that route are all thumbs up on this project. The second elevated U-turn is in progress and will be ready by Mar. 2009.
