Dumbbell swings looked much too heavy guys since both of you were muscling them up with your arms.....and open your hips all the way at the top of your box jumps before returning to the ground. Otherwise you're cheating yourself out of the full movement. Thrusters also need to be corrected...the weight was light so that wasn't the problem. You gotta go ALL the way down on the front squat portion. At least parallel is where you want to be but below is ever better with such a light weight.

Thanks for the coaching, I'll be sure to adjust my techniques appropriately.
I have greatly improved my thruster since then.
Dumbbell swing was with the weight we have used in other exercises, but fatigue here shows. Definitely should have scaled back.
