im actually working on a script for breaking away 2. i see no reason why it cannot be done..all 4 actors are still alive and its been to damn long snce we have had a great cycling movie..it seems that american flyers and breaking away inspired more people to get into cycl;ing than sadly armstrongs 7 tours, why i dont know but i think its because normal non cyclist people need something to relate to..not sure what will come of it but ive got an angle and im gonna give it a shot. great vid

Breaking Away" is one of my favourite all time films - inspired me as a junior racer in England. Love the part when he is paced by the lorry but what disgraceful "Pump Action". Shouldn't be allowed!!

That pump action always makes me cringe when I see it. I realize it's just a hollywood stunt with dubbed in sound, but the sound they did dub in sounds really authentic. I should know. I've had my fair share of wrecks.
