Just got this. Took 3 successful attempts before I actually got the achievement though. First time I got 5 guards at once, then 4. Then 4 on the last try. I have no clue why I didn't get it the first or second time.

To get the achievement you have to hold the button until Ezio stops moving, same for the sweeper achievement, you can't half-ass it!

@ANGELOFDEATH144 Just renovate/upgrade everything to maximum in the villa as soon as possible, buy all weapons, armour and paintings that become available as well as maps, find feathers, Codex pages and Assassin's seals....essentially buy and collect everything there is. I'm already at over 12,000f/20 minutes into my treasure chest. Not to mention, complete the extra missions like beat up events and races - you win money that builds up. AND KILL THE THIEVES that run about with white arrows. :D

Hey, I'm having some problems with this one. I keep doing the correct buttons (I keep going back to training at the Villa to check I'm right) and he just punches the air and doesn't pick up any sand. I've tried it with lock on and without lock on. Anyone got a similar problem or know hoew to sort this out? Any help is most appreciated. Thanks. :)

It sucked when I first did it because he just punched the guard and I wasn't ready when they all started running after me. XD Thank you randomly-placed hay bales...you have saved my life many times.

@hestenhest1 Though you've probably either done it or given up trying by this point, I've worked out what I was doing wrongly and managed to do it: you have to be in combat to pick up sand, i.e. guards already runnng after/attacking you. Find a group of four near a corner, punch one, run to the corner, grab the sand and throw it at them! :D Hope that helped if you still needed some. :)

The easiest way to get this is to hit the four spearman guards guarding the gate to the Doge's palace in San Marco from BEHIND the gate! b

Hey guys, the easiest way to accomplish this is actually to go to a guarded room, like where Codex pages are hidden, lock onto the first of the four guards outside the door and just throw it. Thats how i got it at least. And as a plus you don't get your ass kicked like Jack did. :D

just because the sand apears doesnt mean you did the move if you are failing your probly being hit at the very lst second. if you look they dont get stunned. i find if you use "escape" and lock on adn hit the move as they catch up repeatedly it becomes not to difficult id say sweeper was harder

The best way to do this achievement is to get loads of guards on you and run away, then turn round and smoke, and while they are smoked keep sanding them, don't hold LT or you will more likely hit them instead of sanding. I did it first time this way. Like this if it worked for you and get it to the top.

No, whenever you beat the game. It becomes easier for you to make more money because you have most likely renovated everything in Monteriggoni. Once you do you get like a lot of cash every 20 minutes i think it was and it saves up in the chest to like 70,000 then you withdrawal it.

The best way is to chuck a smoke bomb and quickly throw the sand, if you don't have these bombs yet though find 4 guards stood together and chuck the sand whilst they are still drawing their swords.
